Praise!!
I have to write quickly because I’m keeping my husband from the computer (all the time) but I wanted to make sure that I mention the great things happening in my life along with the not-so-great things of late. Even though I was dismissed as a candidate from the job, I have been overwhelmed with work assignments from the same company and therefore am nearly at full-time capacity just with what they’ve asked me to take care of within the next month. That’s a huge praise!! I can already tell a big difference in my productivity, motivation, and outlook on life just with the increased responsibility I have been entrusted with and the challenge of the deadlines that are fast approaching. I am realizing that the major aspects of “real” work that I have been missing are the challenge of tackling assignments and the self-esteem booster that evolves from having an employer’s trust to do the job and do it right.
I have been hugely uplifted to continue to receive work from this company – particularly a staff member that is really on my side – and to finally be able to stretch my writing, interviewing, planning, and organizational skills to the next level.
If this is any indication of the window that the Lord has opened up for me as He shut the “job” door then I am very, VERY satisfied.

That’s really great, Lindsay! I am so glad that you are keeping busy, and feeling energized by the work! Your writing will exude your energy, I am sure!
